Innovative dairy cattle breeding
Our company is dedicated to the production of dairy cows. It has been built in respect of the environment and animal welfare, the stabling is free and the calves and the crabs are separated from the cows. In total, our animals are one hundred and are fed mainly by our biologically grown fodder (all the forage surface is treated with sewage and manure produced on the farm). The company is technologically at the forefront of haying equipment, milking room and animal feeding system, with particular regard to the environment and energy saving use solar energy for hot water, While electricity comes from photovoltaic panels.
Milk, yoghurt, butter and fresh mountain cheese
The most prevalent breeds in our company are the frisona, the alpine brunette and the red patch. All milk is delivered to our dairy farm, where the concept of quality is paramount and above all becomes a guarantee brand. Therefore, the yogurt, butter and cheeses we offer to our customers guarantee a high quality product that encapsulates all the flavor of mountain milk.
Summer pasture in the mountains as by tradition
In the summer, our beef and veal are brought to the alpine pasture in the high mountain ponds, and this ancient practice related to the tradition and customs of our countries is of paramount importance to maintain the right balance between woodland and pasture and preserve the landscape. We therefore invite you to “touch this hand” with this peasant reality that is at the same time “ancient” because it was the main activity of livelihood in the past and “modern” for the very important role that today holds in preserving our beautiful mountain landscape.
